Introduction
Zugerberg Finanz is a Swiss asset management company with high-net-worth individuals, advisors, and institutional partners. Historically reliant on manual processes and in-person service, ZF aimed to digitalize its entire operation, including internal admin tools, business platforms for advisors, and a mobile app for clients.
My Role
I joined the team as the a product designer and was involved across the full product ecosystem: designing new modules, evolving existing ones, and ensuring consistency through a scalable design system.
Key responsibilities
UX/UI design for all major flows and dashboards
Deep collaboration with PMs, developers, and legal/compliance
Prototyping flows, edge cases, responsive designs
Design documentation and developer handoff
Full ownership of the ZF Design System
